wow. I guess I should finally give some kind of shout-out. Seeign aas i missed several birthdaysandthe usua lrabbit-rabbit on the first of the month. MOstly there wasn't a whole lot going on. Apart from me rereadign the hp books, adn the weather suddenly becoming tropical. Ant today is the last day before I'm off to England for a week. I am double excited ofr that-one because hello? it includes stonehenge! and sailsbury cathedral! dna bath (oh my god!!!) So if anythign wil lbe a good poke for me to post it will be to tell al laboutthat once I get back.
NOw it's time for the last minute stuff before i'm off to read outside (phiew! the house finally cooled down somewhat after one evening of rain!

Can you believe I actually did a mental count-down this week. bi-day notifications are cool enough but heh, if you've known someone for almost nine years it should be a given. Especially if you are like me and have the kind of stupid photographic memory that even remembers cellphone numbers random people hand each other on the train.

By now this has probably become the standard procedure for me to post at all. anyone on my flist who says 'yay, new month' can definitly add 'yay,new posts fro merised!'mostly because nothing muc his happening here. Choir, singing lessons, piles of books, the occasional fic )followed by virtual applause' and the hyped-up media stuff over several news bits including economy-related stuff and well, yeah. I have dinner with my friend every saturday (this time it's my turn to cook) , and I'm mostly trying to keep my head together. and yes, oen thing that hepls with that is chocolate, especially the latest batch of easter eggs (i know, it's only five or so weeks away, can you believe it?)
aand that has to be all from here. Rest assured I am definitly reading along, just not so talkative (which when it comes to comments is a big shame indeed...)

and that is honestly ages ago if not eons. Seriously, i am quietly readign along without saying a word but I am here, somewhere. And spreadign otu several heaps of good vibes in one because hello, january left some suckage behidn on its way out it seems, blegh.
as for me, the most excitign things of this months are the freezign cold we have now nad this one cavity I had filled yesterday. Before that, there was mostly a big pile of books, a lot of new stuff to learn for choir practice and some new clothes I bought.
for now though, let's jsut say yay for februari and hope it doesn't just go fast because of beign a short month but also because of good stuff.

I hope yo uactually get to read this at all. it's been some time since you last popped in (the nagain, when do i post at all lately)
and that was christmas. i'm ahvign several items of laundry spread out in my house to dry, and i'm about to fix xime kidn of lunch out of teens ybits of leftover christmas dinner (and just like every year we ate far too much). and i'm quietly freakign out atthe fact that this year is almsto over,meeep!!

And a merry new year as well. especially to those who decided to slide off the face of this website and won't see any futher posts fro mme after this-one. except that I wonder if I'll post more often at all next year...Someone should kick me for mostly lurkign like this. Perhaps if you end up getting a comment from me it'll make you jump off your chair out of pure surprise. :D

wellllll what happened the past few weeks? the annual tradition of a box of goodies from work. which had one can offruit, a few big bags of candy, and whole lot of other stuff I forgot. new mittens for one, or shoudl i say gloves. well they're fingerless butthey have this flap yo ucan cover your fingertips with so hurray for that.
aaaand then there's the new choir I joined. this time it's moreclassical music, and htis past month we've been busy wit hchristmas stuff. it's a wonderful new experience and that's all I can say to that.
Mostly I'm just quietly sorting thorugh m y enormous pile of to-read books (as always) and mostly adding new stuff to that instead of reading actual things. that reminds me I might be able to do a coutn of what I read this year. adn the nwe'll see how many I have actually remembered.
I thought I had a lot more to say but for some reason it either jsut melted away or was never there at all. heh, that's as good a sign as any to close the book for now. till next time!
